The FIFA 21 Closed Beta should be, if going by previous years, only available to PS4 & Xbox One users. PC & Nintendo Switch users will not be invited for closed beta testing.

During the Closed Beta, we gave FUT players the opportunity to jump in and get their hands on all of FUT 21’s new features. We loved seeing you find new friends to play with in Co-Op, and collaborate or compete in Community and Team Events as you made the FUT Stadium your own.
VOLTA FOOTBALL
The goal for VOLTA FOOTBALL in the Closed Beta was to introduce players to the new ways to play VOLTA FOOTBALL, with a strong emphasis on the new online flow. The Closed Beta was an opportunity to get feedback from the community around the changes that have been made to the mode.
CAREER MODE
This is one of the biggest years for Career Mode to date and it means it was more important than ever that we got the chance to get your feedback on all of the exciting changes that we’re delivering in FIFA 21.

Closed Beta feedback for Pro Clubs helped to identify some areas where we have been able to improve the player experience.
What is Exactly the Closed Beta FIFA 21?
FIFA 21 Beta is a pre-release version of FIFA which is given to random lucky gamers who want to participate in testing the game before it's officially released.
What is Beta FIFA for?
The idea of the beta version of FIFA is to test the new game for bugs and gameplay and see how smooth it goes.
How will Beta Version of FIFA Work?
Each of the invited gamers will be playing a specific mode in FIFA, instead of having full access to the game. So, for example, you'd be asked to play the Volta mode, or Carrier Mode while other gamers will test the FIFA Ultimate Team mode (FUT) or Pro Clubs.

Simulating training required the user to navigate to the Training Hub. This introduced additional friction while advancing through each week:
