Do not skip the tutorial

Time is Limited
As in the real game, every player has a timed contract. Once the contract is up, they have the chance to leave your club. You can extend most players contacts to avoid this issue. However, if you have loan players, don’t expect them to stay around for long. You cannot extend the contracts of these athletes.
Team Chemistry is Key
Player stats are not the only impact on your team’s performance. Team Chemistry is also a significant factor to winning more games. Knowing this, be aware when purchasing new players that you want to keep them in their position of choice. Just because you can get a good player for cheap doesn’t mean they’ll be a good fit for the team overall.
