Unable to connect to EA servers on Nintendo switch when using my underage child account. Using Nintendo Switch Parental Control I granted permission to this account to play this game.

Similar issue. My son's with says "You have lost your connection to the network or to the EA servers. ..." I think it is an underage issue. The whole reason he bought FIFA is for FUT son this is not acceptable.

I get exactly the same with an underage account but what is worse is that you can't even update squads when playing single player which means this issue is affecting all aspects of the game.

have you had any luck resolving this? seems crazy to pay for a game and not be able to play it online, when that is the whole point.

No resolution. Not only that but EA has no phone or chat help so they make you email them and I’ve now been sent the same two links with basic connectivity issues in three different emails despite explaining that all other switch connections work including Plants which is an EA game. This is clearly a FIFA issue. Extremely frustrating.

Did this ever get resolved? I have the same issue and have done for days now. No matter what I try it doesn't work and I just get sent links to the same trouble shooting menu
