Hey @kmr9979 if this only occurs when using Bluetooth then this would point to an issue with how it is set up.

it is all controllers that is affected both wired & wireless, even though you only have one controller plugged or signed in.

Yup, same here. Except mine shows 3 controllers now.. lol. I'm on Xbox series X. My controller firmware is up-to-date as well. Please see attached screenshot. This was happening since the day one I obtained Xbox series X. All other games are working just fine except for Fifa 21.

I’m just now having this issue after not playing fifa for about a month. It really bothers me to see a blue marker on my controller and having a random red controller in the screen that I can’t even move anywhere or fix
