When you delete an Ultimate team it's a permanent change so unfortunately it's not possible to return the team. You would need to start with your fresh team that should have been created after the deletion.

EA couldn't care less about their players. Of course they wouldn't retrieve it for you! They rather force you to pay more and try again. I deleted my FIFA 19 club, after investing more than 2k in it. Best decision I ever made!

Hey all, as @EA_Andy said above, if you delete your Ultimate team then it is gone for good and we are unable to restore it.
