Worth It?
It's hard to say. Ruud Gullit is a beast but he isn't the fastest CF out there. Thankfully, you can use Position Modifiers to make him a CAM or CM. Both of which would be much better suited to his stats. With 83 DEF, this Prime Icon Moments Ruud Gullit SBC would even make a decent CDM.
