We wanted to make sure when you come to VOLTA FOOTBALL, it’s fun right away. So one of the first things you’ll notice is that your avatar starts at 82 OVR and has 5* Skill Moves and 5* Weak Foot, so there's no ramp up time to feeling great on the pitch. You can still get your avatar to 96 OVR by using Skill Points you earn for every match you play.
How do you play Volta football with friends?
Party up with three additional players, including friends and/or other players from the VOLTA FOOTBALL Community. Play a tournament consisting of four randomly selected 2v2 and free-for-all Party Games. Earn points based on your performance in each Party Game.

It’s not all given to you upfront though, so here is how you play against friends in FIFA 22.

In this year’s FIFA, it’s all about cooperative play and luckily, this doesn’t just mean exhibition and online games. Now, that reach goes way further than ever before. You still have couch co-op as well, so the multiplayer experience here is about as good as it gets. Here are the modes that have co-op with friends enabled.
Kick-off
The basic couch co-op of FIFA 22, you can play with a friend in this mode by moving your controller icon to whatever side you’d like. If you want to play on your friend’s team, move the controller to their side.

How to Play Pro Clubs With Friends
In Pro Clubs, playing with friends is very easy and you simply create a player and then create a team of your own or join your friend’s team. You can invite multiple people as well and once you have the amount you want, hit Play Match and choose your position and you’re off and running.

Dodgeball
The classic game of dodgeball comes to FIFA 22. Two teams of two go head-to-head in a race to 15 points.
Foot Tennis
The second Party Game available is another 2v2 game mode, entitled Foot Tennis.
Quick Strike
EA have reimagined a skill games classic in the form of the fourth Party Game, Quick Strike.
Wall Ball Elimination
It's time for a trip down memory lane, with the introduction of Wall Ball Elimination.
Team Keepaway
There's nothing too difficult about this one, simply keep the ball away from your opponent in order to win.
Target Gallery
This game mode is absolute carnage. Players will begin in the middle of the centre circle and will be tasked with hitting as many moving targets as they can in order to earn points.
Corner Scramble
The eighth and final game available at launch is entitled Corner Scramble.
Athletic Build
The athletic structure of your attacking build will play a crucial part in the performance you can expect from your attacking player both immediately and later down the line.
Signature Abilities
As far as signature abilities are concerned, this one is really up to you. In FIFA 22, you can pick one out of three signature abilities. They include Aggressive Tackle, Pure Pace, and Power Strike.
Best Attacking Skill Tree in Volta in FIFA 22
The most important part of any avatar is the skill tree. Having played Volta on FIFA 21 and looking at it in FIFA 22, they aren’t any major differences aside from improve gameplay mechanics, which isn’t something we’ll talk about in this article.
