Go to Origin, at the top left, you will see the icon, just to its right, click on origin and go to the application settings, then go to update the client and check if the automatic game updates are activated.

Thanks for the reply..I checked it and it s definetely on. But when I go in game directory and open installerdata.xml file it says game version 1.0.50.12617 so bit confused there as I would expect version to be 1.07..

The game version is supposed to be a text file called GameVersion.txt in the Sims Folder but mine is blank. :/ I use an iMac Pro 5.
