I got ea play on steam but I cannot obtain the new Ranger charm because the game says i do not have ea play, ea play does work by letting me access the games but i cannot obtain the custom rewards (apex legends steam also).

Madden 21 is locked behind a paywall
So basically I got EA Play to play Madden 21, launched the game, it worked, went to play Franchise and it brought me to a different page with xbox gamepass/gold, I also haven't tried the other game modes yet.
