How do you heal an injured player in FIFA 21?
To apply a healing card to a player card, go to your Squad in FUT, select your player and bring up the Player Actions screen (PS4: Square button / Xbox: X button), Apply Consumable, then select an appropriated healing card from the Healing tab.

Why do my players run out of stamina so fast FIFA 22?
@apserranoPress on possession lost, fast build up, forward runs all cause stamina to deplete quicker due to being high tempo tactics. If high tempo/higher stamina depletion is not your style, I don't recommend using them.
