Create backups for your edited rosters as the game will sometimes save the update over your roster save. Hope that helps.

Glad you were able to play the game your way. I spend hours editing my squads before I start a career so it was very frustrating when the game saved the update over my roster. Now I make several backups to protect my edits from being deleted. Have fun my friend!

This happened to me too, I spent ages editing my teams, squads and stadiums, saved them (don't know why stadiums like Hampden, Parkhead and Ibrox aren't in it anyway) and went to start a career mode and it is all gone and when I load my saved squads it doesn't work it must have saved over them! Can't explain how raging I am at this, absolute joke!

I finally finished my story with Alex Hunter and now trying to play career mode ( Dont really do FUT) and after hours of changing things. Getting my Celtic where they should be and them * down the street. I go to create my players and edit a few more teams and boom it was all for nothing.

I'm insanely enraged at this because it is the second time it has happened and I had spent days beforehand editing and creating custom players. I wish that EA would make it clearer what to do in this situation and I am furious at them for not doing so.
1. Load up Career Mode
Start a new game or load the existing one you’d like to edit players in.
2. Open the EASFC Catalogue
Press R3/Right Analogue stick (whatever you call it) to open the EASFC catalogue. This is where you’ll find other items like Scout Future Star or International Manager Offer.
4. Open the Menu in Career Mode
Scroll to the squad tab in career mode and the Edit Player tile in the bottom right should now be accessible. Select this option.
5. Select a Player
From your squad of players, select one that you’d like to make changes to.
6. Make your Desired Changes
Change whatever you like about the player in question. We’ve included a list below detailing all the possible options that are available to you.
7. Save!
When you’re done and want to back out, make sure you select ‘Save and Exit’.

Fifa 22 game difficulty balancing
I personally think that Fifa 22 is one of the worst Fifas in terms of game difficulty balancing (and yeah scripting of course).
Objectives are Shit
Player Career Mode. The team possession objective is bullshit. If I’m playing as a lower league team against a top club, I’m not going to have 60% possession against them. Stupid as hell. Also if I complete my objectives and come off injured I should still get the bonuses with them. Fucking dumb that you don’t.
My Players dont accept the contract conditions of the new team
Hi guys, I have a problem. I want to sell my players to other teams but they dont want to be transfered. They always refuse to accept the contract offers of the new team. Is there someone, that has had similar issues and is there any way to solve this?
Can someone explain to me the difference between potential and dynamic potential?
I've seen posts about how you can tell a players potential by his description "has potential to be special" etc. Is there a way to improve this rating or does that pretty much let you know the players ceiling of growth? I have a career mode with so many regens of stars but really want to maximise their growth
