Yes with the ultimate edition you get PS4 and PS5 version, it's seamless to switch and you can play with all your PS5 UT on PS4.

So, just to make sure: my friend (ps4) and I (ps5) can use the same FUT 22 account after downloading the Ultimate Edition, only he’ll play fifa22 on ps4 online against ps4 players and I (after he finished playing and logged out) will play fifa22 on ps5 against ps5 players.
