Can you play FIFA on switch?
As of right now, FIFA doesn't even support a cross-platform account system. This means your FUT progress and purchases are all tied to an individual system. You can't play on an Xbox One, then pick up your Switch where you left off.

I think EA is already well advanced in cross platform for pc as they do not have enough players. This is their own problem though as cheating is rampant on pc. For exactly this reason, I stopped using the pc version and bought an Xbox this year.
