How do you play FIFA 21 with friends online?
From anywhere in Ultimate Team, you’re able to set up an online co-op lobby. What you need to do is press R2 if you’re on PS4 (RT on Xbox One) and press Options/Menu to bring up the Co-Op Lobby area. Then, select the little plus icon below your tile and a menu of all your friends who play FIFA 21 will pop up in the bottom right.

It’s simple, 4 friends playing on 4 different consoles can’t play together at the moment unless you have 1v1. Fifa needs to be able to connect up to 8 friends who can play against each other how they please. 7v1, 4v4, 3v5 etc. And if 8 is a stretch, at least give the option for 4 friends to connect.
