Good luck. I have been creating new cases since December and each time they wait about a week and close it out without ever contacting you. Bought Madden 20 and haven't played a minute of it. I guess I'll never play another EA game again, seeing as they refuse to help me.

That is not true. I have never once received an email from you guys. What email did they send to? I gave them the correct email five times and they never send me anything. I'll bet you anything they are sending to the email address linked to the account, which as I said, I have ZERO access to.

I have the same issue. No resolution. Put in a request they said not enough info and closed it. Contacted chat and all they could say was to fill out the request. I was told if it was denied again, I'm SOL. One of the absolute worst customer experiences I've had.
