Once the game is downloaded you do need to give it some time to install, the best thing to do is just let it work away but if you do not see any change in the percentage installed then you can stop the install and repair the game from within Origin.

Unfortunately even this option isn't available as there is no repair option available. It just cant go past 26%. see attached error messages
