With UFC 4 I have no problem connecting to the ea servers and play online but with Fifa 21 it is not working!

Thanks I turned of the other console then logged in and it worked OK since cheers. Seems have to make sure I turn on the new console before the old one for some reason

I am unable to connect to EA servers through my Xbox series x and it’s been like that for almost 24 hours. I have gone into settings and cleared the MAC address. I have also connected through wifi and wired and still nothing. I have then hooked up my Xbox one and get connected straight away. What is going on?
