YES! That worked. Wow, that was a long haul of attempts that did not pan out, but thank you so much. I did end up calling the EA support number and this information was not given to me. This might be something for the representatives to tell customers with this problem! Thank you once again, I had all but given up hope!

Hi there. I had the same problem and after the extensive "talk" with the EA Bots I managed to find the thing hindering my game going online. It seemed a Windows Defender thing. After all the troubleshooting I did I just gave up and start thinking of what I changed in the past hour.
