The game downloads only one commentary language when you install it. The language you select when installing will therefore be the only available commentary language. Remove and re-install the game, selecting the language you want as commentary.

Streamers are bad for this game
Now I used to enjoy FIFA streamers however each year they have increasingly gone over the top with pack openings, I used to enjoy watching them play games, the weekend league and so on but I just so happened to click on AA9Skills yesterday and of course, its a road to ronaldo and he had just packed Salah.
Unfortunately, this good gameplay won't likely last for long
