The only "legit" way to to it is to list your players at min bin and hope your friend buys them. Which would likely not happen. There is no "legit" way to get your players to your friend for no cost.
Can I transfer my FIFA team to another account?
FUT Teams are locked to the account they were created on I'm afraid, we can't move them between accounts.
Can FIFA be shared?
